I am Virginia Díaz Pizarro, a specialist in real estate development and investment, with a solid track record in legal, financial and tax advisory services for purchase and sale operations, leasing and residential or commercial projects. My purpose is to generate sustainable value in each project, promoting "win-win" relationships between investors, owners and buyers, and accompanying them with a comprehensive vision that combines strategy, experience and trust. Since October 6, 2025, I have been part of eXp Realty in Peru, a global real estate network that integrates innovation, technology and collaboration between professionals at an international level. This new stage represents a natural step in my professional evolution, aligned with my commitment to provide modern, ethical and excellent service. I am also co-founder and director of DPL Partners Real Estate SAC, a firm based in Lima, Peru, specialized in brokerage, investment and strategic real estate consulting. At DPL Partners we integrate legal, accounting and business management knowledge to offer complete, safe and profitable solutions, oriented toward sustainable results and satisfied clients. For more than six years at RE/MAX, I served as Manager and Real Estate Leader, leading high-performance teams and developing commercial strategies that strengthened my market vision and negotiation skills. That experience consolidated my commitment to the training of professional agents, collaborative leadership and the generation of shared value. I hold the international CRS certification (Certified Residential Specialist), as well as RE/MAX certifications in Commercial Properties and Luxury Properties, and a specialization in Real Estate Digital Marketing. These credentials support my innovative approach to property marketing and my ability to position assets in highly competitive markets. My career of more than 30 years spans the financial, insurance, construction, commercial and industrial sectors, both in Peru and Venezuela, where I have worked as a lawyer, public accountant, tax auditor, corporate advisor and university professor. This multidisciplinary experience allows me to understand real estate transactions from a technical, strategic and human perspective. I am a Lawyer and Public Accountant registered in Peru and Venezuela, Master's in Taxation and Fiscal Policy, and Specialist in Financial and Constitutional Law. Throughout my career, I have maintained a firm commitment to ethics, transparency and professionalization of the Peruvian real estate sector. Today my practice focuses on the advisory and marketing of residential properties and real estate projects, accompanying my clients in each decision with strategic vision, legal security and a human approach that turns each operation into a shared success experience.
